Matthias "TC" Roll
Biography
Matthias Roll (born August 25, 1991, in Roth), known by the nickname "TC," is a German comedian, web video producer, actor, and singer. He rose to fame as a member of the comedy trio Y-Titty. Roll grew up in Hilpoltstein, near Nuremberg, where he attended the Gymnasium Hilpoltstein. In 2006, together with his school friend Phil Laude, he founded the comedy trio Y-Titty, which went on to become one of the most successful German-language YouTube channels. Until the group's dissolution in 2015, Roll served in various capacities within the trio, including as a performer, writer, host, producer, and singer. Following the end of Y-Titty, he focused more intensively on his own YouTube channel, "TC," where he regularly published videos until 2018. Additionally, he appeared as an actor in the *Kartoffelsalat* films and worked as a voice actor for the animated film *Alles steht Kopf* (Inside Out). In 2025, Roll participated in the adventure reality TV show "Mission Unknown Atlantik," in which he and several other influencers crossed the Atlantic Ocean on a sailboat.
