Marco "Benny" Benassi is an Italian DJ and music producer widely recognized as a pioneer of the electro house genre. He rose to global fame with his 2002 summer club anthem "Satisfaction", which brought the gritty, mechanical sounds of electro house into the mainstream. Over a career spanning more than three decades, Benassi has successfully balanced underground club credibility with massive mainstream chart success.
