Sophie Knight
Biography
Sophie Knight is an Irish actress, singer, writer and performer. She began her career in numerous school musicals, dance competitions, and theatre productions, developing skills in singing, Irish dance, and stage performance. Her early screen work includes writing the film project Moon Town (2024). She has also performed voiceover work as a lead character in a short film and appeared as an extra in a horror feature film. Knight has contributed to commercial social media content, including creative development and performance direction for a branded digital campaign featuring Darragh O’Murchú. She has received the Lift-Off London Audience Choice Award (2024) and multiple awards for kickboxing and Irish dancing. She continues to expand her work with upcoming stage and screen projects.
