A multi-skilled freelance visual artist, cinematographer, and creative researcher working across film, photography, graphics, editing, drawing, installation and experimental media. with work sitting somewhere between documentary, exhibition and experimentation, combining technical ability with a strong visual instinct and a curiosity for people, movement and identity. Having worked across projects with Sky Arts, the BBC and Ramsey Studios, bringing experience in both professional production environments and independent artistic practice. From Ballet Biologic to the exchange documentary Year by Year, Macy dissects the places where the human body and mind become both subject and language, fragile, instinctive, expressive and alive.
