Overview

Fourteen-year-old Elias has been waiting half his life for a donor heart. The moment has finally arrived. But when he wakes up after the heart transplant, an unknown boy is standing next to his bed. Yet Elias is the only one who can see him. The boy has a mission for Elias that presents him with a huge challenge.
