Sloth is definitely one of the worst vices, and the residents in recovery display it in spades. Instead of becoming their best selves, they remain their worst selves. Instead of spending time on enrichment, they scroll through their social media and neglect their duties, including getting a job. These residents, aside from their laziness, have a lot of things going for them, but they still seems so lost he can't put one foot in front of another. When the House Manager's dick comes out, they are usually so taken aback that they don't cause a fuss. In fact, once it is clear that the manager is intent on getting a nut, they are resigned to their fate. So disoriented that they just go with the flow, even as they are getting punished.
