Elder Carter: Chapters 1-4

Overview

Elder Carter is questioned by President Wheeler about his sexual experiences. When the boy isn't as forthcoming as Wheeler would like he strips Carter naked and does some exploring of his own. Elder Carter reaches out to President Wheeler during a crisis of faith.
